First Class Experience
Will has great knowledge of the local market and his honesty in appraising the house, and his marketing strategy appealed to me. I never felt like he was desperately chasing a listing like some other agents. In fact Will recommended that we delay listing until after the Christmas lull so the property was fresh, when other agents wanted to list ASAP. We sold my elderly Aunt's house within 5 days at a price we were expecting. An outstanding result.
