We first met Will a couple of years before we sold our home, at another open home he was selling. He followed us up every 4-6 months to see the progress on our situation. When it came time for us to actually sell we got him (and other agents) out to give us his pitch and get a market valuation for our home. We settled on Will, and we are glad we did, as he had a signed contract within 4 days of it going to market. Will is very effective at what he does and his negotiating and communication skills are excellent. We would definitely use him again in the future.

We had been looking for a house to buy for a couple of years and came into contact with Will & his team on a number of occasions. I was very impressed by the way he would keep in regular contact with me and let me know if he had any places that matched our criteria. I can safely say he was the only agent that went beyond the usual email distribution list and made personal calls to me to see how our search was going. On this basis we decided to give Will a crack at selling our place and we couldn't have been happier with the service received. We had arranged for a stylist to visit through Will and when I told him that my wife was very underwhelmed by what had been offered within 20 minutes I received a call from another stylist who said Will had asked her to contact us ASAP to see if she could be of any help. That's what I call service! From the pictures to the communication it was all incredibly smooth sailing and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Torres Property. Although we weren't overloaded with offers I'm happy to say that Will was able to negotiate what we thought was a fair price in a 'plateauing' market. We chose Will because he saw the same strengths in our house as we did and had strategies to address the weaknesses. Having recently begun his own agency, his ambition matched ours in terms of setting a new benchmark for our area. He readily identified data and strategies to support this. Will was professional and attentive. He was transparent in the mix and cost of marketing options available to us. We felt these were flexible and could be tailored to suit our context. We had the option to include a sliding scale commission to incentivise getting a better price. He was always available to us and let us know when other staff would be handling various other aspects of the sale. All of these staff shared is professionalism and efficiency. Will has a great capacity to read people well and quickly understand their motivations and communication pref - he did this with my husband and I and with various prospective buyers. We got a sale quickly and set a new record for the area. Will stayed close to the buyer in the first instance to ensure it progressed to being unconditional and he kept us informed throughout this.
