We highly recommend Martine and wouldn't hesitate to use her again. As an interstate vendor, Martine provided us with the sound local real estate knowledge we required for our sale. She kept us fully informed of the progress from listing to sale and went above and beyond to assist us in every way. Martine's professionalism and experience shone through at all times and she removed the worry and stress we had expected as absent owners. Many thanks Martine!!

You will not regret working with Will and the team in the sale of your property. Will’s integrity, drive for excellence, genuine care, expertise and friendliness made for a smooth and 5-star sale process. Will and the team know the Brisbane property market, it’s buyers and what it takes to sell a property at its best. I can’t recommend Will and the team more highly.

Ricky was excellent at keeping me informed throughout the whole purchase process. He went above and beyond at every step. Highlights of his service were: transparency during the multiple offer phase, recommending a great solicitor and setting up a meeting with a project manager.

We purchased and sold through Martine; if you want an honest and open agent, she is the one. Successfully negotiating the most fragile purchase to get your deal across the line, Martine is dedicated. We couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service we received from Martine and Will when selling our house. For that, my tremendous gratitude to Torres Property. I appreciate the timeliness and the detail of replies to the queries, and you helped me make this journey seamless.

Doug was with Will Torres at our first meeting. Every interaction after this we had with Doug was always professional with prompt feedback and any answers to any of our questions. Doug was a pleasure to work with during the sale of our home and we felt comfortable and relaxed with all dealings that we had with him. It was a pleasure to work through Doug. He demonstrated on more than one occasion his enthusiasm and commitment, not only to us as sellers and to the sale of our home but to the Torres Property Team. Well done and thanks you Doug. As a young person in this industry these reviews really help me grow my name and increase my business moving forward. I would love to hear your feedback on our service based on your recent experience with Myself, Will and the Team.

Ricky Tan worked extremely hard and honestly for us to sell our investment property with minimal impact to the tenants. We sold off market and Ricky still managed to get us multiple offers and a great price. Would highly recommend Ricky and the Torres property team to anyone seeking an friendly and professional agent.

From the get go our experience with Torres Property and Will himself was 6 star. From our first contact there was immediate follow up. After our first meeting, we were fully informed and comfortable with our decision. Will's expertise and knowledge of the current market and our area was spot on. We were confident to place our property in his and the Torres team's hands. There was no pressure and every interaction was courteous and professional- every meeting time was punctual. Post every interaction or question there was immediate follow up and communication to let us know results. This meant we were fully informed during the whole process. Our home was under contract after two days. We can highly recommend Will and his team.
