Doug's follow up is first class and his energy is second to none. We chose to go with Will after seeing a few agents as we found he was extremely professional and delivered on what he told us. His experience and track record for sales in our area gave us confidence to use him for the sale of our property and we couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommended!

I found Amir SHAMSI to be a thoroughly honest, knowledgeable and approachable young man, who displays maturity beyond his years. I observed his interactions between myself and my daughter observing a confident man who can obviously relate persons of all ages and social standings. His guidance and assistance provided to myself was exemplary, and at no time did I have cause to believe that anything Amir told me was anything but the truth. I have NO hesitation whatsoever in recommending Amir SHAMSI as an excellent Estate Agent. More so, I found Amir to be a lovely human being, able to exhibit empathy, knowledge and understanding when required, but still able to instruct and guide persons through the very foreign waters of house sales......

I found Rick to be a young energetic man man who was reliable and responsive to any concerns or queries concerning the sale of my house. He achieve the price I was wanting and most of all I believe his strongest asset is his honesty. I would have no hesitation in using Rick file in future sales of properties.

When we started this process, our intention was to 'interview' six agents to determine who would be the best person to represent us as our real estate agent. Amir was the first agent we met and from the moment the first meeting with him, we felt that we had found the agent for us. Amir is the type of person who goes above and beyond what can be reasonably expected from an agent. He was on call every day and all day to assist us and answer any questions we had. Amir listened carefully to our needs and satisfied us with his responses. Amir was amazing at encouraging prospective buyers to look at our property, holding multiple Open Houses to put the property in front of as many people as possible. He brought over a hundred people through our property and we had multiple offers. Amir was realistic in his approach and offered us practical advice. The Torres property supports Amir by providing language support with foreign buyers and advice on how to market and follow up prospective buyers. Amir's follow-up with buyers is second to none. I would recommend Amir as a real estate agent you can trust with the sale of your home.

Having interacted with Will as a buyer, I was very pleased with the communication and information provided. He was always quick to respond after following up with the seller for all my questions. Will also went out of his way to ensure that building inspector and bank valuer were able to visit the property at a time that was convenient to them. I would definitely like to have Will on my team if I am ever selling a property in the future.
