Before we accepted the rental my partner had not seen the house, so they organised for a private inspection so he could see it. Ray White was very hassle free and straight forward in their communication. they helped us handle our move and prepared us for our rental. Within a week we had our new connections up and running at the new house and we picked up our keys without any fuss. So far so good!

Marcia was great when it came to applying for the home and inspecting the property. She had quick replies which made it quite easy to arrange an inspection and any questions I had regarding the property. I was pre approved before inspecting which was fantastic and made the process smooth sailing. Upon collecting keys and signing contracts, we were able to move in and enjoy our new home within the week.

I met Nicole initially at the house inspection. She was really helpful and helped me so much and that is the reason I got this property. Her communication and transparency was excellent. Jessica Grant and Marcia have been excellent in finding a new tenant for my property and I would highly recommend anyone who seeks to handover their property with Raywhite. Both have been very pro active to hold open inspection to secure a tenant, and manage to secure a tenant within 1 week. Both have been very professional and I cant expect more.
