Sam and his team were always there for me, and the ex-wife, and navigated our often competing agendas with a calm and respectful attitude. The local knowledge was evident and masterful when we were selecting which agency and came through clearly in the marketing materials used in the campaign. Sam’s pre sale advice was invaluable to the realised price achieved post auction. I believe most realtors in our region would do the major things, but it was the attention to the little things leading up to and post the auction that took the hassle out and reduced the stress of selling the family home.
