Professional, responsive and got the job done

Sam did a great job handling the sale of our property and kept us informed the whole way through the process. Communication was clear and consistent, and he was always quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed updates. He managed inspections efficiently, followed up with buyers properly, and gave honest feedback after opens so we always knew where things stood. When it came time to move the deal forward, he handled negotiations professionally and helped keep everything on track through to the unconditional stage. Sam made the experience straightforward and well organised. I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable agent who stays on top of things and works hard for his clients 👍

Excellent

Sam was a very experienced salesman. He was an excellent communicator. Together with his team he opened a What's Ap chat where we could communicate quickly when needed. Sam did not waste any time. everything was scheduled and the whole process ran smoothly. We highly recommend Sam . Our house was sold in less than 3 weeks! Well done, Sam and team.

Amazing experience!
