We were initially quoted that we would get a higher price and we had to revise the price , we also that we were dealing with a lot of other staff in the office than I expected, the personal touch was a little less than I expected, that said Debbie and her team were a great to work with and very friendly in time when everyone is so busy Cheers Peter

I am not very good at this sort of thing, but I can say that Debbie and her team were great. The first open house was on Saturday 8th January and the sale was completed four days later. This was at a time (Christmas/January break) that many people believe is not opportune for selling homes. Debbie is a lovely person and she and her staff made the whole experience as un-stressful as the experience of selling a home can be. The fact that we had to endure only one open house was an added benefit.

When it comes to real estate in Berwick, Matt Doyle from Ray White should be your go to man. Like the title of this review says, he should wear a super hero cape. Put simply, Matt knows his game. He understands the local market, understands buyers and sellers and is really capable and responsive. We listed a house for sale with Matt and also purchased a new property with Matt. Both experiences were nothing short of excellent. As a buyer we were looked after by Matt and as a seller, nothing was too difficult. Matt got us a fantastic price for our Berwick property and we really pleased with his ability to market our property. In fact, I think this is a great point - Matt doesn't just sell your home, he puts passion into the process and markets it. He understands his customers and sells the home as if it was his own.
