With the current market being so strong we felt that Image under valued the rental price to well below the cheapest rental in our market. We felt that they were unmotivated in securing a new tenant, only having two potential clients showing interest, and they were not concerned with at least a two week vacancy when signing. Image is more concerned with pleasing the renter than the owner, and yet we pay the commission. I would advise to steer clear of Image.
