Property management is not professional
Date of property Entry had been agreeded but property manager did not turn up. Lack of support for tenant applying for Utilities like Electricity/ Broadband. It is not easy to contact Property Manager and her phone is always unreachable. I am never receiving reply from the questions asking about the rental property.

Excellent customer service, quick response to any queries- well done
I have been with Image properties for the past 3 1/2 years- must say they are on top of my list I recommend them to anyone. Excellent client service with quick responses to any queries. The quarterly reports and online service s are great. They were recommended to me by a friend and it’s been as blessing.

Excellent team and very reliable
Great communication with the team, always giving me update on what is happening with the property and the market. As a interstate investor I feel that the property is well looked after by Image Property. They were very efficient in securing a new tenant for us, reducing the time it was vacant when the old one left. The property inspection is thorough and would advise me of any maintenance or repairs that is needed to ensure that the property is well maintained. Highly recommend their service.

Fast, efficient and proactive
Awesome company and people to work with. Sian and Kahlia are fantastic to deal with and very knowledgeable. Sian was proactive from the get go and provided us with excellent advice which helped us have our property rented in just a few days. Definitely recommend them if you are on the look out for a new property manager.
