Claire has been my property manager for a few months now after taking over from Dante. So far my experience with her has been exceptional! I've had a few maintenace issues which Claire has promptly sorted out. More importantly, I've had a change of tenant. Claire managed this very well. Her communication was great and she was able to secure a new quality tenant very quickly! I've been using image property for years and I've been through several property managers and they've all been brilliant and professional and Claire is no exception. Claire is just lovely, nothing has been too much trouble for her in any respect. Claire is also very efficient, her response times with communication, rent receipts etc is above expectation. As a tenant, it feels like Claire actually cares about not only your tenancy, but you as a person which is really comforting given how volatile the rental market is and difficult for tenants, so having that support makes an incredible difference.
