Overall experience based on a number of property managers
There is a high turnover of property managers at Image Property which can bring challenges. There's always been a good knowledge of the industry and the rental environment which has been helpful. The biggest challenge for me has been not receiving prompt responses to emails. It can be days until I receive a response. That said, I am hearing back quite promptly from Emily which I appreciate. When someone is away which is not unusual, and there is an urgent query it can sit there for days. Sometimes there is no out of office email response. I'm mentioning this in relation to a number of property managers at Image Property in the past. With regard to communication and promptness, Shanae sent the benchmark. I'm just mentioning this as a focus point, I'm generally happy particularly the way Emily was able to secure tenants then the previous ones decided to end their lease. It's good to be able to leave it to the experts and not have to stress out, and good having a relationship that is convivial - it certainly improves the experience of being a landlord which is becoming more and more challenging particularly in light of the government's attitude towards them.
