I had a few agents appraise my home, however I sold with Robbie for a few reasons. He had a good grip on the suburb and was optimistic and could see the value in my property. Probably the main reason I decided to get Robbie to sell my property was his consistent follow up. He appraised my property 9-10 months prior to going to market and consistently kept in touch. This level of follow up gave me confidence that he would look after the potential buyers well. As a result, we secured a record a price for the estate and the property sold during Christmas holidays. Robbie's flexibility to be there during the break period was excellent. I definitely recommend Robbie and NGU Toowoomba. Very professional, efficient and strategic company.
