smooth, quick, efficient trouble free sale
The property sold in the first week listed and then proceeded to "unconditional" within the contract time frames. This was due to Matt's market knowledge in advising how to best present the property and set the price. During the course of the sale, Matt responded promptly to the few questions raised and at all stages made the process trouble free. Highly recommended.

From our first meeting Robbie was very professional and knowledgeable. Rather then shooting form the hip he did his research on our property to give us a realistic expected sale price. Once listed on the market Robbie kept us well informed and we always updated us on any interest our property was getting. We sold our house within the first week, at exactly what Robbie had estimated, and we couldn't be happier. Pleasant experience
