This was our second time utilising Matt from NGU and it certainly won't be the last, what we seen from Matt was his attention to detail, his knowledge of the building and real-estate industries combined. But most of all was the drive to make sure he nailed our cover video and do justice to the building. What we mean by this is whilst he was doing his take 1, take 2, 3,4,5,6 was that he really wanted to bring attention to detail of the work that had gone into this build and this had impressed us to no end. This showcased his character and craving/appetite to want to deliver a 100% for us on what we had poured a lot of work into and showed we had the right person for the job. We would not hesitate to use Matt again and recommend anyone who is not sure on a agent they want to use to give him a call and let him show you what real-estate means to him.
