We recently decided to pop our house on the market and Matt came highly recommended. As we were first time sellers, he explained the selling process, made recommendations on sale price and worked hard to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible - and it did! Our house sold within the first week, for above our expected price with the settlement phase being completed hiccup free. If you're looking for an agent, you really can't go past Matt Hawkins @ NGU.

Matt is the ultimate professional. He kept us informed and up to date at every possible stage. He was happy to help with ALL our questions at any time day or night and always got back to us quickly. I have no doubt without Matt would wouldn’t have sold our property as quickly or for as much as we did. If your looking for a agent, I can’t recommend Matt enough. Do yourself a favour and contact Matt now!

Matt was professional, informative, hard working with excellent communication skills. He knows the market very well and how to achieve a quick sale at the best price for the area. Following Matt's recommended marketing strategy my parent's property was under contract within 15 days. Thanks again Matt.

Robbin has excellent knowledge of the Toowoomba market and offered great ideas to assist in the sale of our property. The whole process was seamless, and given the present market, very quick.

I was pleasantly surprised with Matt’s eagerness to go above and beyond during the process of buying my first property. Matt was always on hand answering my calls and questions. I never had to chase him up and would always come back to me with whatever I needed. He went above and beyond by even helping me organise tradesmen for minor renovations! Exceptional service. He made buying a house easy!

Where do I start HaHa This is my 2nd home Matt has sold for me. His honesty, Knowledge, and professioalism on every aspect of the house was very impressive for an agent. He got the job done, the house was on the market for a couple of weeks and went unconditional within 2 weeks. I have recommended Matt already to so many people. If you want the best look no further than Matt Hawkins from NGU Toowoomba

With a property that presented some uniqueness and potential issues with finding a large demographic Robbie presented great knowledge of the area and where the market sat. Property was on the market for some time however Robbie continued to persevere and believed he would get the sale. Without fail rain hail or shine Robbie was there every weekend to conduct open homes and without his dedication the sale would not have happened. Brilliant and tireless agent.
