I had been told by a few people Matt Hawkins was the only agent to use in Kearneys Spring. I’m pleased to say they weren’t wrong. Not only does he know the Kearneys Spring market like the back of his hand, he is a great bloke!! Very honest, positive and most importantly extremely professional. I will have absolutely no hesitation to use Matt again, even if it is outside of his Kearneys Spring domain. Absolute credit to his agency and principal. Thanks again Matt!!

We were introduced to Matt Hawkins by Robbie Whitt - Principal of NGU Real Estate - Toowoomba. We had looked at another home with Robbie that did not suit us. From the outset Matt provided us with good information about the property and the area. He maintained a high level of communication throughout the negotiation, contract and settlement process which was complicated by the settlement of another property. Most importantly you could see that Matt worked very hard to acheive his sellers price and fulfill his obligations to his client - the seller. I would recommend Matt Hawkins and the team at NGU to any potential client for enthusiastic, professiomal and knowledgeable real estate advice.

Matt is a very down to earth bloke/ agent - any hurdle along the way was blind sighted with Matt’s positive approach & initiative to power forward. Every phone call, email and message was always returned. All open house/ private inspection had a decent number of attendance with honest feedback. Our house was on the market for really such a short time to have received our end result. We would certainly work with Matt again!
