Sam was always punctual for all the openings of our property and even stayed longer to communicate with potential buyers. He carried himself very professionally and displayed great confidence. We initially had another real estate agency to sell our property but they failed to perform to our satisfaction hence we switched to Gold Bank Real Estate to sell our property. Not only they impressed us with their professionalism but they also conducted the auction well and achieved the best possible result in a down trend market.
