Jay's team contacted us to see if we were interested in a free no obligation assessment and valuation of our home. When he arrived I advised him we aren't interested in selling, we are just curious on what his thoughts were. I thought that may have made the valuation quick and simple and he would just throw out a number and leave. Well, Jay continued to be professional and polite and was very down to earth.
