Great agent - goes above and beyond
Jay went above and beyond in order to get the best possible result from our listing. We originally thought we would have a hard time selling our property due to the state it was in. Excellent communicator, exceptional skill sets that allowed us to sell the house in a tough market.
1. Very responsive to our expectations and advised us of our options and was upfront with Agents fees. 2. Good, direct communication style which provided us with regular update's after each activity and suited our work situation. 3. Very good market knowledge which informed us, and allowed us to adjust our sale expectations as the double impact of government policy and interest rate raises caused reductions in buyer interest throughout the market. This lowered the initial price that we had expected, however due to his very good market knowledge we where able to obtain a quick sale and reduce our possible losses due to the market price slide. This is the caveat for the question "How did the final sale price compare with your expectations?" I consider us lucky to have sold the house for what we did considering the dramatic market slowdown. 4. Handled buyer interest very well and recovered quickly after initial contract fell through, at the last minute, due to buyer finances issues. 5. Handled the entire sale process with an extremely high degree of professionalism, and was proactive throughout the process in moving it forward.
