Apove and beyond expectations

Derrick helped us through the whole process, not only did he sell our house for above the listed price, but also helped in buying our next place below asking price. Grant market knowledge and wont just drop you once your house is sold. Awesome agent, highly recommend, will use him again.

Very informative and efficient and comforting experience.

Natalie was very relaxing to deal with, from the start she wasn't pushy, but very informative, always let me make the decision and never made me feel pressured to do anything. She made sure I was aware of everything that was happening and everything I needed to do with ample time to make sure I wasn't stressed and easily got everything done in time. Natalie's knowledge was fantastic but she happy to admit if she wasn't 100% sure about something and would do the research and come back to me with the correct details. It was great to have such good communication all through the process but never overwhelmed, just the information that I needed to act on and at the right times. She was always available to talk when I needed to know something and worked around me to visit and sign paperwork when it suited me. Overall I am very pleased with my experience dealing with Natalie, she is a very genuine, knowledgable and helpful person, I would highly recommend her.

Exceptional

Derrick had so much knowledge about everything. He was super professional and guided us through the whole process with such an organised, honest, patient, caring manner. He went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. Would totally recommend Derrick to anybody.

Great Agent

Derrick is great real estate agent and also a great bloke. He’s knowledge of the property he was selling was top notch. He was very easy going and easy to talk with. He was always on the ball when it came to communication between us and the seller. He also gave us great flexibility with times to inspect the home, which was really good considering we work very different hours. Thanks again Derrick!
