Natalie was very relaxing to deal with, from the start she wasn't pushy, but very informative, always let me make the decision and never made me feel pressured to do anything. She made sure I was aware of everything that was happening and everything I needed to do with ample time to make sure I wasn't stressed and easily got everything done in time. Natalie's knowledge was fantastic but she happy to admit if she wasn't 100% sure about something and would do the research and come back to me with the correct details. It was great to have such good communication all through the process but never overwhelmed, just the information that I needed to act on and at the right times. She was always available to talk when I needed to know something and worked around me to visit and sign paperwork when it suited me.
