Nathan and his team nailed it!
We purchased a property through Nathan and had initially decided to sell with a different agent. Which in hindsight was a terrible decision, the previous agent had our property for 90 days and we had hardly any interest at all. We potentially lost more than $100k with that choice as the market shifted in that time. Nathan had the property for less than 3 weeks before having received multiple offers and we settled with the best terms you could hope for as a seller. Nathan and his team were ultra professional and very clearly worked their a** off for us from the moment we started the campaign with them. Highly recommend Nathan and his team for all your realestate needs.

Jay was very easy to Communicate with
Jay and Harrison were great to work with, and they achieved an excellent sale for our property just as the tide was turning from a buoyant to a more difficult market due to multiple interest rate rises. They gave excellent advice regarding staging and presentation and the photography and video team also did a fantastic job making the house as appealing as possible. Jay was very easy to communicate with ,and was quick to answer messages . He always kept his promises and was caring and genuine.

Happily Use Again
Second time we have used All Properties, and like the previous occasion, we were very happy with the process and the outcome. Derrick was knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent communicator, and worked really hard to get us the best outcome for the sale. Then having to get the whole thing done for a 10 day settlement just before Christmas was an immense challenge, which he was able to arrange. Huge thank you to the team! We have recommended them to friends, and will happily use them again.
