Derrick helped us sell our house off market, which saved us money that we could spend on our new house. We sold for way over our asking price on the first day he showed it. Derrick was always available to talk and offer advice, not just about our sale but also about buying the new house. I highly reccomend Derrick when selling or purchasing a new house.
