Very happy seller!
I headhunted Derek as I had heard very good reports around his skillset in the real estate game - and I was not disappointed! At our first meeting, Derek brought along reports showing market activity in the local area, provided strategies around price points and positioning, and highlighted areas of my house that may need review to either maximise our selling price, increase the appeal of the property, and avoid any negative building and/or pest inspection findings. Derek sold our house in the first week, ACHIEVED A STREET RECORD PRICE, and I now have the money in the bank. That's about as good as it gets. I would recommend Derek to anyone who is entering the market and want an agent who is genuine, hard working, an excellent communicator, and goes over and above the usual expectations. As testament to this endorsement, I have kept Derek's contact details in my phone for future reference.

Exactly what i expect from an honest and reliable real estate agent. Sadly NOT many out there!
I always found Derrick to be punctual, honest and reliable to deal with. I have real estate in NZ, Melbourne and Sydney as well and I can confidently say that Derrick is One of the best of the industry. I have dealt with all sorts in my life and a lot of them would lie to just get a sale, but I have found Derrick to be trustworthy in all regards. I would always recommend my friends and families to Derrick whenever we need to invest or have real estate queries. Great experience selling with Chris
We were very impressed with the advice and professionalism of Chris and his team. Our house was sold quickly in a slow selling area. The staging of the house, at no cost to us, looked amazing. Chris and Mandy are awesome!
First time buying a house and Chris took us through before it even went on the market!! It was so nice of him to do this for us and to get the turn around on the contract so fast. As soon as we walked through that door we fell in love. Mandy meet with us on multiple occasions after we viewed the house, for building and pest, to do our sold photo, final inspection and to give us our keys at settlement. She is the loveliest person you’ll ever meet and would be a great sales agent! Thank you guys!
