Simone’s approachable, compassionate and dedicated personality makes her shine in her position at Avenue One Property Group. Simone has previous experience in administration roles as well as property management assistance and has flourished since taking on the role of residential property manager with her own portfolio. Simone enjoys spending her time in the outdoors and holds a scuba diving ticket and skippers ticket. She has a profound love for animals and has completed study in veterinary nursing having previously worked as a vet nurse before venturing into the real estate industry. She is currently learning to speak Japanese with an aspiration to master the language.

At the beginning of 2017, Maddisson joined the real estate industry. Spending the first twelve months working in Sales Administration before her move in early 2018 to Property Management. Maddisson thoroughly enjoys the industry and is always looking for ways to improve on our customer experience. “Being able to assist people in such a great experience of their lives, whether it be buying, renting, selling or investing is very rewarding in itself. When Maddisson isn’t working or planning her goals/career, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Excellence in North Perth

Having no idea where to start with renting my homemade out I was pleased to have Avenue One assisting me from the get go. An Agent with knowledge and Interpersonal Skills

In every business there are people. However the business is nothing without good people. People truly make the difference and Avenue One have good dedicated people who treat you as though you are their only client. Our experience with Avenue One has been one of joy and has been totally seamless. This exemplary experience has been due to the personal service experienced on his occasion with Property Manager Samantha Goldie. She is an excellent communicator and has excellent interpersonal skills who communicates personally via phone call to discuss the outcomes of the house open. Her knowledge of the market is obvious and her knowledge of the appropriate price setting is very evident. My experience with Avenue One has been extremely pleasurable principally due to Samantha's skills and abilities.

Avenue One

Received good service from Gina. When the property became vacant got a new tenant not long after the previous tenants left. Have flown into Perth after hours from Sydney and the agent left the key in a secure location, which was good service. This allowed me to view the property when it was vacant. Only issue would be asked to pay for a report on rental transactions for my tax, which was not charged after I queried it by Peter.
