This is the second property that Peter and his team have sold for me and I would not use any other agent to sell a property. We had an issue with the buyer and his finance that delayed settlement by a massive 90 days. Peter was onto the buyer on a weekly basis and sometimes on a daily basis trying to get the property settled. My first property could not have been the opposite. Sold within 48 hours of listing (without a home open) for $5,000 more than asking price. I received the exact same service both times - spot on. I can honestly say that if there were more agents such as Peter and his entire team then the public perception of them would be totally different. People would use words such as trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, hard working, brilliant communicator and helpful to describe the industry. This is not the case in the Perth market at the moment which makes Peter and his team in my mind the only once you should look at to get the job done and get the best price possible in a difficult market.

Peter Andersen of Avenue One sold our house from initial viewing to settlement in an amazing 20 Days! The property itself was a rental and was previously our home prior to us moving to UAE for work in 2014. During this time Peter was always in touch informing me about the local market and being more than helpful even though he wasn't the property manager for our house. When a property sold close by to our house, I enquired to Peter about the price and he said he still had people in the market for such properties and would we be interested in selling. After pondering the idea for a couple of days we decided we would allow Peter to show someone around. Low and behold he showed a couple around and then managed to get the price that we wanted all in record time! He was in contact all the time through the sales process and would always keep me up to date. From meeting Peter it was clear he had a wealth of experience. He was engaging, positive about the home without being pushy or overbearing. It was evident he could read that my husband and I knew what we were looking for and wanted to make the decision about our future home ourselves. When placing the offer Peter was clear on next steps, various agencies/processes we would would need to activate in order to secure the home.
