When placing the offer Peter was clear on next steps, various agencies/processes we would would need to activate in order to secure the home. He answered our calls quickly and if he was not able to deal with our enquiry immediately he would be quick to find out and come back to us. He was professional in all our interactions with him, clear about what he could and could not do and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase.
