I have engaged Peter two or three times over the past six or so years including selling our home last month (which was purchased through him/Avenue One). There was absolutely no question of competition, I went straight to him. Peter is genuinely friendly, helpful, and charismatic. He likes to keep in touch and it's really nice to receive a birthday or Christmas card or have him stop by when he's in the neighbourhood. He loves to talk (preferring the personal approach rather than just email) and provides lots of feedback and updates. This was especially helpful as my partner and I negotiated a major and very stressful move (the other company we dealt with were the polar opposite). My partner appreciated his friendly approach as it was her first time buying and selling. Peter was very professional and caring, and handled our sale with great aplomb. We had a difficult and frustrating transaction that tested all parties, but Peter and his team kept smiling, kept in touch, and saw us through to settlement on time. We couldn't have asked for better. It's a shame to be moving away as I have come to regard Peter as a friend. My family have no hesitation in recommending him to you.
