My partner and I were first home buyers and had been going to home opens for over a year. We had seen just about every place to live in our price range and area. We had agents lie to us about whether or not we were required to give them our phone numbers. We had agents that judged that we werent serious buyers so gave us no help. We had agents that treated home opens like a manufacturing line. We had agents who were so nervous and green they couldn't answer any of our questions. Peter was not like these agents at all. He listened to us, knew the properties, and gave us the time. Peter was the first and only agent to refer us to a second property to check out that we didn't know about, which we ended up buying. He was there to help the seller and us as the buyers. There isn't anything more you'd want out of agent.
