Thoughout the sales of our property we felt although the communication and service we received from Sam was very subpar. After each open home, we had to chase him for information on how it went and sometimes it would take 2-3days to hear back from him. When we asked to meet with him and discuss the process, he was to busy and really only allowed 5min to discuss everything about it. Towards the end of the process it felt although the sale of our property was just a burden. Selling a property is a stressful time and unfortunately Sam did nothing to calm our nerves. If it wasn't for Sam's sales assistants we would have been kept in the dark. Sam will offer a great service up front but once the paper work is signed you'll barely hear from him.
