Selling your hills property requires a whole different approach!
When we decided to sell our hills property we didn't bother going anywhere but straight to Sam and Ray White TTG. Knowing Sam not only has a successful sales track record for country properties but personal understanding too of running a hobby farm we were confident in his ability and knowledge to sell our property. There's a lot to take on! Team Doman was exceptional. Sam was a no fuss, anything can be done agent. As vendors, we knew what we wanted and Sam was happy to work hard to achieve it. Charles communicated to us throughout the process even with a text message at the end of open inspections to relieve our anxieties. Mitch was quick on the ball to answer any of my emails and phone calls and was a delight to work with. With a contract signed in one week and a result we are very happy with, we are glad we got TeamDoman and Ray White TTG to take on the sale of our property. Cannot highly recommend Ray White TTG enough to anyone considering selling their house.

Sam and his team delivered over and above
From the start Sam's knowledge of the area, the comparable sales & general evaluation for our property was spot on. We had to act fast in the end with our campaign in order to hit some important dates & the prompt response, as well as the amount of work required to get the house on the market was incredible, Sam and his team did an amazing job doing so. Throughout the campaign we had good feedback from the team, we enjoyed receiving the vendors report each week to see where we were at. Sam worked with us for the best open times which suited our busy lives. Auction weekend was a ride, Sam and his team calmed our nerves well and did well ensuring we had plenty of registered bidders on the day. Come auction day we were absolutely stoked with the result, Sam delivered a great auction and his team worked hard through the dealings and negotiations to get us the best result. Strongly recommend

Like a well oiled machine
From the moment I contacted Sam and his team I was impressed with their service. He appraised my home that same day and gave me advice on how to prepare it for sale. Once I had the home ready it took less than a week to style the property, take the photography, produce the listing and have the home live online and open for inspection. I found each one of Sam’s team polite, punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their field. It took less than 4 weeks for Sam to list my home and drop the hammer at auction on a price much higher than I was expecting. A service the team assured me right from the start and they certainly delivered. There is a very good reason why the TTG area is dotted with yellow signs. These guys are at the top of their game!
