The best agents in the North east & Tea Tree Gully
I highly recommend Ray White Tea Tree Gully. Total professionals and a true team who all work together to efficiently list and sell properties. From the beginning, the whole office worked together, Communication was excellent, and I was kept up to date throughout the whole sales process. Again, Sam, Garry, Louise and the whole office staff thank you so much! Sam's appraisal was completely accurate regarding price and my property sold for top dollar & exactly the amount Sam said it would at the appraisal. I also dealt with their property manager, Niki, who was also extremely professional. Ray White TTG are the best around! I highly recommend and commend Sam & the whole team to you for both sales and property management.

Absolute Professional
Sam and the Team were very approachable and very professional. Sam went above and beyond to sell 5 Locke Drive. He had his work cut put for him considering the state of it. With the challenging auction Sam managed to squeeze every ounce he could out of the prospective buyers. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Sam and the team at Ray White TTG. Would highly recommend. Worked so hard to get this deal done
Sam and the team at Ray White TTG worked so hard with multiple opens and advertising our property. 12 opens in 5 weeks. Because of our view people that liked it on a Saturday were invited back on a Tuesday or Wednesday to see the city lights at night. After 70 groups in 5 weeks they found the perfect buyers for the property that it will suit. Sam being a local really cared who he was going to welcome to the district and we have the up most confidence that the new owners will love it and make it their own. Couldn't be happier!
Sam and Louise were excellent through the whole process. My house didn't sell at auction, but I had an above asking offer within a week, and settlement within a month. Communication was fantastic and they answered all my questions knowledgably and patiently. Would highly recommend. They know the market really well. Very professional too.
