I called Sam after hearing from a few he was a real estate agent worth approaching to help sell my unit. I met with him just days before breaking my ankle. I was not able to do much to the unit to ready it for sale other than clean it (with assistance from my mum) but he was still able to work around that. Sam and Louise set inspection times that suited me and my family life. After a few inspections they sold my unit for above asking price which I was very grateful for as it helped me move on with my adventurous plans. I did test him a few times but he still kept his cool and reassured me each time. Sam is a great character which I believe helps him get sales across the line too. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and enjoys it which also is reflected in the hours he puts in to ensure you get a good sale outcome. He works well in combination with others in his office to make it happen including Louise who attended many of the open inspections and also assisted to get the sale completed. Would I use him again? Yes. Would I recommend Sam, Louise and TTG Ray White again? Yes Am I happy with the sale outcome? Yes Thanks again Sam, Louise and TTG Ray White for working around me and my health and family commitments to get the sale of my unit done. Top job! ✅

Sam was recommended to me by a mate who has bought and sold a couple of property’s from him. Sam and Louise made everything very easy and clear, as a first time seller I had no idea what to expect. It was only a month from the time I decided to sell to having a deposit paid only a week from being advertised. Sam has outstanding knowledge of the market and very supportive. Sam listened to my needs and provided me every assistance to achieve a sale price at auction that exceeded my expectations in just 30 days. Sam was supported by Louise who worked extremely hard for me with marketing the property and spent valuable time liaising with all the potential buyers to ensure many bidders were encouraged to register at the auction.
