I had high expectations that Dave would be able to get me the price I wanted in selling my house based on his selling history and the personal experience my brother had with Dave selling his house a number of years ago. His level of knowledge of the current market within my area is second to none and throughout the process, the communication from Dave and his team was fantastic. Despite the dificulties around selling during a lockdown, he guided me through the process and was informative as to how we would overcome the changes with inspections and selling during a lockdown. Yes, i have both bought and sold a house through Lane Campos agents and always found Dave to be a man of his word...no frills and a few thrills! It's the little things he does. And the big things he seems to have a good handle on! Listening to his clients, knowing the market...and the public. No hidden agendas (pretty amazing..for a real estate agent ;) He even conceded i would not need "ikea styling" to present my property on its best foot : ) Thankyou Dave....you made it less stressful....on both occasions.
