I was really impressed at my first meeting with Dave when he described his approach to selling my property in detail, including a timeline and key indicators along the way to determine if we would make the timeline. I would have been really pleased if he delivered on even 80% of his promises, and I am truly delighted that he not only actually delivered on 100% but also achieved a price far beyond either of our expectations. I am also incredibly thankful to his staff - my property had been rented for 10 years so needed a bit of love to get it to the condition required for the sale.
