My initial thoughts of Hive were based on a perception that they only represented the higher end of the market. I was very wrong. I met with both Tom and Josh and was totally enthused by their knowledge and vision of where they want to go, how they want to get there and the pure drive and no BS approach to the industry. One week later the house sold at Auction for a great price as there were 10 registered bidders. In the space of 16 days, Bree and her team were able to sell the property and purchase our new house on our behalf. Amazing! – Completely exceeding our expectations. When we decided to sell our house we thought because of its condition we would probably get under anything we wanted. Matt knew exactly who to market the house to, he didn't ever say a negative thing about our house (he should have, it was awful!!). Not only was Matt available, he knew answers to every question before we asked them and then to top it off, he got us 30,000 over our dream price. Absolute miracle worker...I wish we could give him 6 stars.
