Very easy to deal with, was honest throughout the process. She kept us informed and was responsive.

Her communication style was very easy and kept us looped in throughout the process. Simple things like creating a WhatsApp group allowed us to all stay in communication throughout the negotiation and pre exchange period.

Professional, friendly, responsive

Sarah stood out from day one, she brought tonnes of market knowledge and was ready to answer all of our questions from the get-go. Both Sarah and Jasmine gave great advice on different marketing strategies and were very realistic with potential outcomes on the sale of our home. During the campaign, they both kept us updated and we're extremely responsive with any questions we had. They explained everything clearly and followed up with different parties as needed. Sarah and Jasmine made selling our first home feel like an easy process and sold our home for more than expected, negotiating an excellent offer within the first week of being on-market. We would highly recommend Sarah, Jasmine and the HIVE team to anyone considering selling their property.

Reliable, effective communicator, patient and transparent.

Isabella was the property agent for our new home and she was so kind and patient throughout the entire process, from our first inspection to answering any and all of our queries regarding the property and its sale. She was reliable, calm and consistent in her approach and was transparent with information pertaining to the property. And we called to clarify details a lot! We'd dealt with quite a number of real estate agents in the search for our home that didn't have these qualities, so to have someone so friendly and genuine was refreshing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy. She's an exemplary representative for Hive and would keep them in mind for any future sales or purchases.
