I met Josh when I was trying to find a downsizer. I was looking centrally, which in retrospect was not ideal for me with my work and family ties. He listened, understood where I was coming from and then pointed me to the perfect house, that ticked all my boxes, as was in the area I should have been looking in all along! You would be hard to find a better agent to work with in Canberra. We met Bree a couple of times at open homes and discussed the option of selling with her.
