Bree was great to deal with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. Bree is a great communicator and kept us regularly informed and was responsive to all of our queries. Bree worked with our property manager and solicitor to make our experience as smooth and efficient as possible and facilitate a very quick sale. Bree has excellent market knowledge and was able to get the price and settlement conditions we wanted. I will definitely ask Bree to sell for us again.

I highly recommend Tom. The whole process was professional and caring. Selling during lockdown in a pandemic was new to everyone and Tom allayed my anxiety and guided the sale process smoothly, communicating effectively with everyone concerned. I couldn’t be happier.

Bree Prince was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she went above and beyond. Before signing up to work with Bree, I had met with three other realestate agents. She was the only one to ask in depth questions, show enthusiasm, and her phone manner had won me over even before meeting her in person. Anyone looking to sell in the market should 100% get in touch with Bree, you'd be crazy not too as she's the best there is.

Katrice is so lovely to deal with. She was the realestate agent who sold us our house and when we were ready to sell we were very comfortable approaching her again. She was great supporting us both when we were first home buyers and then when we were selling for the first time :).

I had the opportunity to deal with Josh and his team and found that the whole transaction was speedy, extremely efficient and most professional, particularly under the current lockdown condition. Would definitely recommend Josh to anyone who is looking to buy or sell properties in the Canberra region.

Recently when it came time to sell my investment property, I rang Matt Shipard and he came and gave me an honest appraisal of what he thought the property was worth. I was impressed with his pleasant manner and willingness to help. He stood out from other Real estate agents I had consulted, with his knowledge of the market and his helpful approach, but without the high-pressure sales pitch and pushiness I had encountered with other agents. He listened to what I wanted and gave options, he thought might suit. He has a confident, yet calm, humble demeanour which inspires trust. When I texted or rang Matt, he was always very responsive, at all times. He seemed to genuinely care. My young adult daughters liked that he engaged with them too, answering any questions they had, whereas other agents would only defer to me. So, the upshot of a potentially stressful process, was smoothed out, with Matt keeping me up to date. He let me know how the market was going and what peoples responses were at the open houses. Excitingly, the day of the auction went fantastically well. We got a price that we were over the moon about! The Auctioneer and Matt did an amazing job. We were SO impressed by how they handled it. I was also happy that the buyers got a house I know they will love. They can renovate in their own style, with enough room and garden and lovely neighbourhood to grow their family in. So, a win all round. Thanks Matt, for your great work.
