I'm amazed about how Josh and his team handled this sale. Josh's advice on advertising and marketing was proven very successful. The way he hunted potential buyers for this high-end property was so creative and effective. His communications with buyers were clear and persuasive. All the above led to a quick and satisfying result. I'll definitely come back to Josh if I have another property for sale.

Bree was excellent and helped us navigate the sale from start to finish. She was exceptionally helpful in making sure all parties were on the same page; and did not hesitate to escalate issues when we needed help getting over some unforeseen hurdles. In doing this she well and truly exceeded our expectations and made us much more comfortable about the process. We would gladly recommend Bree and the Hive Team to anyone looking to buy/sell a property in the future.

We were very impressed with Matt. He was able to answer all of our questions, and explained them in a way that made sense to us as first home buyers. Even though he was representing the seller, he was always transparent and was able to provide us with reliable advice. We would definitely recommend Matt to family and friends who are looking to sell or buy.

Bree was wonderful to work with. She built trust and respect not only with me but with buyers and as a result produced an excellent outcome on the sale of my property. She, along with her colleagues at Hive, went over and above my service expectations. She used her knowledge, experience and instinct intelligently in assisting me to make decisions about the sale of my property. I have no hesitation or reservation in recommending Bree.

Matt was very knowledgeable about the current market situation and provided considered timely and valuable advice re preparation for sale, and the entire process. He communicated regularly and was timely and open with advice both interpreting and responding to my needs. I was impressed with Matt's negotiation skills and particularly with a great result without even going to market!

You would be hard to find a better agent to work with in Canberra. We met Bree a couple of times at open homes and discussed the option of selling with her. She was never pushy but kept in touch and when the time was right she helped us navigate the selling process. We sold our hold in Peak Covid times and she achieved a great result at the price we discussed within 2 weeks of being on the market. The thing we love about Bree and Hive is they they don't just rely on all homes to get people through, they actively search through their database to find a buyer, meaning there is so much more potential. Bree was always available for a chat and would highly recommend her.

We found Josh through the walkthrough of another home and knew we wanted him to sell our place. From start to finish him Tom and the team were extremely professional and just so easy to get along with. He was on the mark price wise and got us exactly what we were after. Would definitely recommend him and the HIVE team to anyone who is thinking of selling. Nothing worse than a slimy realestate agent and gosh they were as far from this then you could imagine!!!

The demonstrated level of professionalism, knowledge and ability to sell is extremely impressive. Josh and Tom have made the process of selling our home a very easy and enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend Hive to anyone looking at selling or buying a home. Thank you Josh and Tom.
