Michael was fantastic to work with, Had great knowledge of the market, was professional throughout the journey. We always felt comfortable in Michael handling all proceedings and providing us with timely information. His transparency was welcomed, and Michael put in extensive market research and provided us with the data to show rough price points that he believed the property was worth and he was on the money. It just goes to show that even if this area isn’t his primary selling area he puts in the hard work to learn about the market in different suburbs. We always followed the advice provided which shows the sale of the property and the price it went for. Michael filled us with confidence every time we spoke, and the updates provided post house showings really showed that his communication skills with buyers and understanding their wants and needs.
