Bree clearly has a great knowledge of her field but her strength is in how she communicates that knowledge. We appreciate her readiness to discuss and explain issues, to always be available and to always be supportive.

We had an excellent experience selling our home at 16 Rawson Street, Deakin. From the beginning, our agent was incredibly motivated and committed to achieving the best possible result for us. He consistently went above and beyond, offering additional open homes and making himself available whenever needed, including Sundays, to ensure every potential buyer had the opportunity to view the property. Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. After every open home and private inspection, he would personally call to give us a detailed update, feedback from buyers, and clear guidance on next steps. This level of communication made us feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage of the campaign. He was always available to talk and answer questions, often outside normal business hours, which made a huge difference during what can be a stressful process. His professionalism really stood out - he was respectful, friendly, and genuine, never overly “salesy,” but clearly very skilled and confident in what he was doing. His market knowledge and negotiation skills were also evident. He worked extremely hard behind the scenes to create strong interest in the property and ultimately secure a great outcome for us. We’re very grateful for the dedication, effort, and care he put into selling our home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who truly works hard for their clients.

The auction was quite something - even the agent said they had never experienced anything like it. It was an emotional and intense moment for both parties, but thought the whole process we felt supported and included, even though the agent represented the seller. After the hammer went down, we received a lovely gift and were able to return the next day to see the property again and show our kids without the hustle of auction day. It as a thoughtful gesture and meant a lot to our family.

From the start, Tom stood out with his energy, market knowledge, and clear advice. He was always professional during the campaign and gave us practical, business-focused guidance. Tom is friendly, easy to talk to, and sincere. We always felt he put our needs first. He took time to learn our goals and adapted his approach to fit us, instead of using a standard plan. He really understood how buyers think and how to present our property, which helped us stand out in the market. Because of this, our home got a lot of interest and sold quickly, showing how well he managed the campaign and handled negotiations. We highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a smart, strategic, and results-focused real estate agent.

We had an outstanding experience working with our real estate agent to sell our home. From our very first meeting, she demonstrated the level of professionalism, polish, and expertise you would expect from a truly high-end real estate professional. Her communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. She kept us informed at every stage, explained each step clearly, and was always available to answer questions—no matter how small. We never once felt out of the loop. Her responsiveness was remarkable; calls, texts, and emails were returned promptly, giving us complete confidence and peace of mind. What truly set her apart was her personal service and warmth. Selling a home can be stressful, but she made the experience feel smooth and manageable. She took the time to understand our goals, offered thoughtful advice, and handled every detail with care and precision. We always felt like a priority, not just another transaction. Her professionalism in negotiations and marketing was equally impressive. She represented our interests with confidence and integrity, ensuring we achieved the best possible outcome. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want someone who combines expertise, responsiveness, and genuine care, she is absolutely the right choice.
