Bree and her team were amazing to deal with. From the excellent marketing and advertising, which resulted in a quick sale at a great price, to the great communication which made dealing with them a breeze. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had the pleasure of working with Eva during the sale of my property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, Eva demonstrated exceptional professionalism and market knowledge. She provided clear and honest advice, helping me navigate every step of the selling process with confidence. Her communication was excellent—I was always kept informed and updated promptly, which made the experience stress-free even though I was not in Canberra. Thanks to Eva, my apartment sold quickly at a great price. I highly recommend Eva to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent.

Eva Bono is a hardworking agent who has gone to great lengths to help us buy our property. Always willing & helpful, she made the experience less fraught than it might have been. We found Eva to be forthright and friendly, as well as very professional. Post the deal, she has continued to go above & beyond to be of service. We are very grateful.

“Eva Made Selling Easy” Eva was fantastic! She took all the stress out of selling, organized everything seamlessly, and solved every problem that came up. Despite the buyers’ market, she sold my house quickly and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eva from Hive Property to sell my fathers home. Eva and the team from Hive Property were wonderful to work with. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Eva was professional. She is highly knowledgeable about the Canberra property market and I felt confident with her advice. At each step in the whole process, Eva went out of her way to ensure I understood my options and the process going forward. She also ensured that I had all the information I needed and answered all of my (many!) questions throughout the process. Eva backed up her opinions and advice with real data. Throughout our journey, Eva demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation, noting my father had passed away recently. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information Eva took it all in stride. I am so grateful to Eva and her team for securing a buyer and finalising the process efficiently, and always with a smile and assurance. I highly recommend Eva and if I were to sell another property in the future, would not hesitate to reach out to Eva and Hive Property.

Jason is an absolute superstar, to say he goes above and beyond for his clients is an understatement. Jason’s communication honestly hard work and dedication to his job to get the best results possible, were extraordinary. Jason truly went the extra mile for us and all that paid off at auction yesterday when we got a price well above what we expected at auction. Jason worked with us not for us, it truly was a team effort . Jason was patient and guided us through what was sometimes a difficult process with grace dignity and empathy. We can not recommend this extraordinary young man highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for all your realtor needs . Jason and all the team at HIVE are a great team, they all work together for their clients to get the best results possible . We will be forever grateful. Sonya and Craig

I’ve known Michael for a few years now, both personally & through work. Having the opportunity to deal with him on one of my own purchases has been one of the best experiences. He went above & beyond. He understood the process, & delivered information that has been extremely helpful during & post buying the property. Michael’s communication was exceptional, he was very transparent & honest. I would highly recommend working with Michael whether it’s buying or selling!

This is my second dealing with Jason - we bought a unit through him earlier this year and were very impressed with his approach, friendliness and efficiency. When the time came to sell my father's house in Amaroo, we made the decision to engage Jason again. Jason is always friendly and polite, but efficient and engaging at the same time. I was able to rely on Jason to arrange everything that needed to be done, and to gently nag me when I was tardy in doing the things that I needed to do! Jason helped us to get a better price than I was expecting, with a very quick settlement. I highly recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to sell their property - when we decide to sell our own property in Gungahlin, we will not hesitate to reach out to Jason.

Leanne Palmer exemplified unparalleled professionalism and integrity throughout the process of purchasing 46/85 Crozier Circuit. Despite representing the vendor, Leanne demonstrated a commendable commitment to fairness, ensuring that all parties involved benefited from her expertise. The transaction was notably swift and seamless, a testament to her proficiency and thorough understanding of the real estate market. Reflecting on the experience, I realised that any minor hitches could have been avoided had I heeded Leanne's advice sooner. Her insights are invaluable; if you're ever in doubt, take it from me—follow Leanne's advice!
