Sam was referred to me by another snr Aussie Mortgage Broker. I found Sam to be simply the best Real Estate agent I have had dealings with in the last 14 yrs. As a mortgage broker I have interacted with hundreds of agents over those 14 yrs. Sam high level of professionalism and bright personality made interacting with her re-assuring and relaxing in the very stressful process of selling our home of 24 yrs. We are very happy with the price Sam was able to get for our home. I have already started recommending Sam to my clients when they ask if I know a good real Estate Agent. I had not recommended any agents in the past.

We recently sold our apartment with Tom and Jaimy. Tom had a clear and informed strategy from the beginning, and he and Jaimy worked seamlessly to deliver it. Tom and Jaimy communicated clearly and regularly, and were always on hand to answer questions and provide advice. They exceeded our expectations and made our first selling experience an incredibly positive and straightforward one.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Samantha Linsdell at Hive for the sale of my mother's home in Campbell, and I can confidently say that the service was outstanding. From the beginning, they were incredibly professional and ensured that every step of the process was handled with expertise and care. Their communication was always prompt, making them highly responsive to any questions or concerns I had along the way. I appreciated Samantha's honesty as she provided me with a realistic evaluation of the property, explaining the market trends and gave me a clear picture of what to expect. Her deep local knowledge was evident, and she leveraged that insight to help me make informed decisions, which ultimately led to a successful sale. Throughout the process, Samantha demonstrated that she genuinely cared about my needs and priorities, and was not just a service provider but a caring and authentic professional. The whole team at Hive went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly, and I never felt like I was just another transaction. I would highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled real estate agent. The dedication and integrity truly set the team at Hive apart.

Samantha has been brilliant throughout the process of buying my new house. She has made the process significantly less daunting as a first home buyer, has been patient with me, and has ensured that I had all the information required going in. The solicitor she recommended was brilliant and I couldn’t be happier.

Josh & his team were great to deal with & professional throughout the whole process. Giving updates quickly and always when asked. He had a good knowledge of our area and always was looking to reach out to communicate as much as could with all likely buyers. Josh always set good expectations and really pushed to get a great result. We were super happy with the outcome from Josh & his team Would highly recommend!!

I rate Leanne 5 starts because this is the top rate I can go, in reality her service deserves rating above that. Leanne has shown her consistent pursuit of successful during the whole campaign. This has been demonstrated via strategic planning, professional photographing and pro-active communication. She has also shown high level integrity, and she looks after both vendor and buyer very well. Recommend her real estate service without any hesitation.

I couldn’t fault Eva. I met her at an open home and knew she’d be my agent to sell my home. Her demeanour for me as a buyer was important as I wanted a positive experience for buyers too. She has exceptional knowledge of the industry, and can read where a buyer/seller is at, and patiently guide them through the process. Eva listens to your needs and desires. When I told her that it was important to me that I support women in business, she made sure that my auctioneer was a woman too. Eva supported me the whole way. She always kept me updated on progress. And she was determined to get the best outcome for me in my sale. And she achieved what was beyond my original goal! I would 100% recommend Eva to anyone considering her to sell your property. It greatly reduced the stress of the whole process for me. Thank you, Eva!
