Leighton's accurate estimates on spending to improve value of unit and for a quick sale, far outweighs the cost of those works. His connection with trades persons is invaluable and he manages the improvements (large or small) from start to finish and happy to work within your budget. He is always prompt to answer any queries or problems. He knows the market and understands the psychology of buyers. He is quick to know who is a genuine buyer as opposed to a buyer not ready to purchase. We are extremely grateful to Leighton and so glad we chose him.

Leighton is very knowledgeable and passionate in real-estate. I was impressed by his deep understanding about the pros/cons and selling points of my property as well as the comparison with surrounding properties when we met the first time. He answered my questions and walked through all the processes and costs with me patiently so I had a very clear picture in selling my property at the very beginning. It wasn't hard for me to decide selecting Leighton as my real estate agent not only because of his professionalism but also because of his confidence. He's even told me he didn't need 3 months as exclusive period on the selling contract, 60 days would be enough for him to sell my property. Surprisingly, it ended up with having my property sold out right after the first open inspection with a good price which indeed saved a lot of my time and energy... I think I've made a right choice this time and I will not hesitate to recommend Leighton to my friends!

We were selling our family home so it was important for us to choose an agent which we felt comfortable and confident with and we could not have asked for more from David and his team at Award Group. This was the first property we have ever sold so needless to say we needed quite a bit of guidance. We interviewed 4 different agents to work with and David was leaps and bound ahead of the rest!
