Leighton has exceeded all our expectations. He has proven that he can sell any property in any area of Sydney for a price each time that exceeded our expectations. In 2015 he sold our investment property in Whalan even though he’d not sold in that area before. Then in 2019 he sold our family home in Erskine Park. Now to top it all off he has just sold my Mother’s 60 year old home in St Ives via online Auction. I think most people believe that you need an agent who specialises in one particular area to be the best choice for selling your property. I can categorically state this is not the case with Leighton.
