Originally I reached out to 3 real estate agents to sell my property, Leighton was the only one who showed me with professionalism, he was the only one came back with my property details (even with information I don’t know!) while others called to ask me questions of my property, even the address! (Come on! What’s the point for me to put in my address in your enquiry form if you’re not going to look at it?) Leighton kept me informed throughout the selling process, he discussed with me on the strategy, eg how to attract more buyers and how to play games so the buyers were willing to pay more to compete. He proves the value of marketing :) We are very happy about the selling price given the recent unfavourable results of other units in my building! It is over our expectation!
