David and his team were approachable and interested in our situation and offered the best advice to achieve the best result possible, sharing contacts for tradesmen and even arranging some quotes for work that was required. They were available for consultation and kept us informed of their progress and expectations as they actively sought buyers for Mum's home. The auction achieved a result that we were happy with and helped us feel that we had done our best for Mum. Would not use any other agent if I needed to sell another home. Thanks David.
