I have only the best words to say about David. I bought this apartment from David himself more than 8 years ago. Even then I was amazed by David's professionalism. I decided right away that David would be my agent once I decided to sell this apartment. I am so happy that I was absolutely right to put my absolute trust in David. After just a few inspections, David found a buyer and organized a contract signing and exchange. Of course David used his natural professionalism. But if that were all, I wouldn't have had the chance to witness David's amazing talent. On the last cooling off day, the buyer asked to lower the price or refused to buy the apartment. We were very disappointed because the apartment is nice and the price is fair for both sides. When we were almost out of hope, David convinced the buyer to come back at the last minute of cooling off period. He did not give up. He fought to the end. He saved the deal with both his Great Talent and Enthusiasm. Even though I'm far from Sydney. We are so happy. Great Great Great Thanks, David. I also want to say Great Thanks to Leighton and Award Group Team. They have been managing and renting my apartment since I left Sydney.
