David's energy and enthusiasm for his work is commendable. We found him honest, knowledgeable and his interpersonal skills beyond reproach. Throughout the process we always felt we could trust his judgement and knowledge and he was never pushy. He always respected our opinions and acted promptly and without protest on any concerns we had, which were very few. His communication with us could not have been any better, any time of day or day of week. His selling approach was adaptable and he is a very approachable agent. We would recommend David very highly indeed.

Very happy with outcome, particularly that was able to get the only buyer that made an offer to increase the original offer.

Leighton is very easy to deal with. I purchased my property with him and 5 years later returned to sell it through him. Great experience both times.

I would personally like to thank Leighton at Award for his unbelievable assistance selling my aunt's unit. David is a very friendly and professional agent who is very knowledgeable and always has the best interest of his client in mind. David was always happy to answer our many questions and provide informative and honest feedback about our property throughout the campaign. We found that David's real strength is that he is very personable and genuine who we see as more than just an agent but someone who we can relate to outside of selling our property. David is always willing to assist and go out of his way to ensure that we were able to secure a property which wasn't his listing. This was our second time working with David and we would happily work with again and recommend him to anyone looking at selling their property including our family and friends.
