Over the course of the 9 years we lived in Melrose Park, David took the time to get to know us personally. For many years we never had any interest in selling, however this never stopped David greeting us by our first name whenever our paths crossed or providing a gentle wave or G'Day Nathan & Petrina whenever he had a job in our street. Every couple of years he would provide a free of charge a general market value on our property and each conversation would just grow our relationship and trust with him. When the time came to sell we never had any doubt which agent we would use as Dave was our man. Through the hard work of Dave and his team that took us on a great journey and we managed to sell our property above what we were after and it was a genuine win-win. I recently had the unexpected pleasure of dealing with Leighton in both the purchase of a home and the sale of my property. I found Leighton to be honest, upfront and extreamly cabable. As an agent I would say that Leighton is a strait shooter who kept us well informed through the whole process, he explained things to us until we were confident that our decisions were the right ones. The thing that I loved most about Leighton was his ability to take his agent hat off and have a beer with you and a conversation about things that were totally unrelated to real estate, it made us extreamly comfortable with him and confident that he always acted in our best interest, through what was a very stressful process. Leighton negociated an outstanding result when selling our home and his marketing program though not "cheap" left no stone unturned.
