I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Leighton and the team for helping me find the perfect first home, I am over the moon with the purchase over the weekend and I still find myself looking at it on realestate.com.au. At every open for inspection you were always pleasant, helpful and sincere in the advice you provided me and my parents, never pushy. I certainly appreciated that you kept me in the loop throughout the entire process with new properties coming on the market and out of all the real estate agents I dealt with over the 10 month period, I genuinely felt that you were the only one on the journey with me and I'm glad the purchase ended with you and the team. I would highly recommend Leighton and all of the team at Award Group Real Estate if you're considering selling, purchasing or leasing your property.

I met David over a few years while he was selling a number of units in my building. All my neighbours were very satisfied with his services and he was very helpful with some free advice on my unit. When the time came for me to sell I had no hesitation in selecting him as my agent. My unit sold after the second open day. David successfully negotiated with a number of bidders to obtain a very good price, higher than the original estimate. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his colleagues. Joe Saliba

Over the course of the 9 years we lived in Melrose Park, David took the time to get to know us personally. For many years we never had any interest in selling, however this never stopped David greeting us by our first name whenever our paths crossed or providing a gentle wave or G'Day Nathan & Petrina whenever he had a job in our street. Every couple of years he would provide a free of charge a general market value on our property and each conversation would just grow our relationship and trust with him. When the time came to sell we never had any doubt which agent we would use as Dave was our man. Through the hard work of Dave and his team that took us on a great journey and we managed to sell our property above what we were after and it was a genuine win-win. Couldn't speak more highly of him as a person and as a professional agent.

I have now sold two properties with David and Award Group Real Estate, and would not hesitate to use David for future sales. Both times, and especially in the more recent Putney sale which was emotional and difficult for personal reasons, the experience was stress-free and simple. David is professional, genuine and easy to communicate with. It helps that he's a great guy! He builds an ongoing relationship and has always happily helped out with advice on properties we have thought about purchasing (not listed through Award Group). I highly recommend David and the Award Group Real Estate team.

David is a positive and professional agent. Our marketing included advising three title holders. At all times his communications were definitive and inclusive. A result above expectations was achieved by David and his team.

My husband and I had used David in the past to sell our Unit and due to a positive experience and Professionalism of David and his team we chose to go with him again. From the moment David agreed to Sell our Property to the end of the Auction we felt so comfortable with him and had faith in him that he would deliver to our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better Agent. On Auction day not only did he deliver as he said he would, he managed to get a a Price that was well over the reserve price and my husband and I were over the moon. Hats of to Auctioneer for such a fantastic job. David was always in communication with us throughout the whole process and was always very positive and confident he would get a result for us. David was always in contact and anything we asked was never a problem or issue. David is a Hardworking, Friendly Agent with a fantastic Team working alongside him. We are forever grateful for his efforts and has made such a positive impact for our future. I strongly recommend David and the Award Group for anyone wanting to Sell their property. Thanks again David Philippa and Brad Willis

I recently had the unexpected pleasure of dealing with Leighton in both the purchase of a home and the sale of my property. I found Leighton to be honest, upfront and extreamly cabable. As an agent I would say that Leighton is a strait shooter who kept us well informed through the whole process, he explained things to us until we were confident that our decisions were the right ones. The thing that I loved most about Leighton was his ability to take his agent hat off and have a beer with you and a conversation about things that were totally unrelated to real estate, it made us extreamly comfortable with him and confident that he always acted in our best interest, through what was a very stressful process. Leighton negociated an outstanding result when selling our home and his marketing program though not "cheap" left no stone unturned. I would definitely use Leighton in the future and would recommend him highly.

We met David at an open home when we were only thinking of selling our house. He was happy to spend time with us, helping us to explore options of selling or renting out our property. He then helped us through our first auction, bidding on a new home, and finally in selling our property. He and his team were always friendly, approachable, professional and helpful. They are clearly experts in their field and we honestly couldn't have been happier with their service and the end result.
