This is the second time I’ve used Max to sell one of my properties. I called Max nine months ago to sell my Rosebery apartment and it sold last week. The delays were due to me and despite how frustrating it would have been for Max and his team they were professional, friendly and just made the changes needed and got on with the job. There were several date changes and delays due to my personal circumstances and they weren’t fazed by any of them. Once the property was listed it sold in just over two weeks. Max was focussed on the sale and I felt like my property was the only one he was working on. I was updated regularly and we had a weekly strategy meeting via Zoom. Max knows his stuff and I didn’t engage any other agents as I knew he would have my back as he did the first time and when it’s time to sell again I will make only one call for I trust Max and love his passion for selling and his focus on the goal.

My experience with Roger, Ferhat and Peter from The Wardy Team was very positive. Max and his team are an extremely hard working team. Frequent and transparent communications, proactive in recommending a change of approach in challenging market conditions (with an older unit). Commitment never waivered. It took a while due to the market but Max got the job got done.
