They managed strata issues, quotes, tradesman all in a really friendly manner. In an unbelievably short time the unit was ready for sale. We received immediate feedback on how each open inspection went and a weekly chat with Roger on how he thought it was coming together. On auction day we were interstate but listened as all of the people Roger identified as genuine actually bid on the property. We were very happy with the result. I can’t praise Roger and his team highly enough for their friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail and communication. Anytime we called with an issue we got immediate attention. It was a seamless, fast and rewarding process for us and we have already recommended Roger to important friends. We didn't deal with Ferhat as much as Roger but for the times we did, he was as efficient, friendly and professional as Roger was. it was an absolute pleasure working with him.

This is the second time I’ve used Max to sell one of my properties. I called Max nine months ago to sell my Rosebery apartment and it sold last week. The delays were due to me and despite how frustrating it would have been for Max and his team they were professional, friendly and just made the changes needed and got on with the job. There were several date changes and delays due to my personal circumstances and they weren’t fazed by any of them. Once the property was listed it sold in just over two weeks. Max was focussed on the sale and I felt like my property was the only one he was working on. I was updated regularly and we had a weekly strategy meeting via Zoom.
